When you click to log into the City of Little Rock's web site, your computer may prompt regarding a "security" warning. The security certificate for our on line application process was created in-house and not purchased from Microsoft. This is why your computer will warn you regarding the security certificate. The City of Little Rock's web site is secure and it is safe to accept our certificate. You must accept the certificate in order to continue with the on line application process.
